Shipping and Returns Policy
At Perfect Papers, we want you to be delighted every time you order from us. Generally all orders are dispatched between 2 - 7 days from when the order is received except when there is a delay from the supplier or the order is in advance of the product launch date.
All goods are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Delivery or via our Secure Downloads Area.
Perfect Papers cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays. Please indicate by email if your products are required for a specific date. We shall endeavour to deliver by this date and if not, we shall inform you at the earliest opportunity.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
For all items downloaded from our web store :
Our `no quibbles` guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be required to provide a written statement that the files downloaded by you have been erased and that any printed copies of the files have been destroyed.
For all items supplied on CD-ROM/Audio CD
Our `no quibbles` guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Delivery charges and other services:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the value of the item only. Postal charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase are your responsibility.
To return an item:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item with all supporting documentation to the address below:

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. |
