At Perfect Papers, we want you to be delighted every time you order from us. Generally all orders are flagged for download within 24 hours from when the order is received except when there is a delay from the supplier or the order is in advance of the product launch date.
If you have ordered from us previously, and your account is in good standing, then your orders will be made available for downloaded as soon as they are placed.
Perfect Papers cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or delays from the supplier, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays. Please indicate by email if your products are required for a specific date. We shall endeavour to deliver by this date and if not, we shall inform you at the earliest opportunity.
Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Our `no quibbles` guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be required to provide a written statement, from your head teacher or head of centre, that the files downloaded by you have been erased and that any printed copies of the files have been destroyed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation an order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. |
